Delete your Dramscope account

Request deletion here

You don't need the app installed. Enter the email address on your Dramscope account and send the request. We'll confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.

Send deletion request

Sending opens your email app with the request filled in. If it doesn't, email hello@epicureandigitalconsultants.com from your account email with the subject "Dramscope account deletion request".

Or delete it in the app

1. Open Dramscope.
2. Go to Settings › Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your saved bottles, photos, notes and collection value history
• Your price alerts and notification settings
• Your onboarding answers

What we may keep, and for how long

• Records of subscription purchases that we must keep for tax and accounting law, for up to 6 years. Payment details are held by Google, not us.
• Crash and usage analytics that don't directly identify you, for up to 14 months.

Delete some data, keep your account

• Remove a bottle from My Shelf: its photo and notes go with it.
• Edit or clear a bottle's notes on its page.
• Delete a price alert in Alerts, or switch notifications off in Settings.
• For anything else, email hello@epicureandigitalconsultants.com from your account email and tell us what to delete. We'll reply within one month.
